• Prence Housing Project Begins Local Review (capecodchronicle.com) — Orleans officials have started formal local review of the 78‑unit Prence housing redevelopment on the former Governor Prence Inn site, a project billed as the town’s biggest housing overhaul since the 1980s. With state 40B approval in hand, developers now head to the zoning board in May seeking key waivers on height, setbacks, and unit counts that will shape affordability and design.
