• Water Bill Woes (advocatenews.net) — Saugus officials are responding to complaints about sharply higher water bills by launching an outside review of meters and billing and considering a grace period for affected residents. With many seniors on fixed incomes, the town manager is urging anyone who suspects an error to call the Water Department so staff can investigate individual accounts while the broader audit proceeds.
