• New South Hadley Select Board takes shape after voters reject overrides (gazettenet.com) — South Hadley voters have elected Priscilla Marion and Kevin Hennessey to the Select Board while decisively rejecting two tax overrides and a proposed $36.5 million SHELD headquarters in a nonbinding question. The new board members campaigned against the overrides and will join a quad-board meeting Tuesday to tackle the town’s budget challenges and next steps on school and municipal funding.
