• Berkshire Ave. property clearing in Southwick to be scrutinized (thereminder.com) — Southwick officials are stepping up scrutiny of long-running land clearing at 159 Berkshire Avenue, where years of work allegedly altered wetlands and affected stormwater flowing toward Middle Pond. The Conservation Commission and Lake Management Committee now plan to file a formal wetlands review request, which could trigger new permits and restoration requirements for the property owner.
