Job Opening - Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Join a small, dedicated team at Metalcraft Door Co., Inc., a leading commercial door, frame, and hardware supplier serving the greater Boston, MA area. We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our shipping and receiving operations, help drive efficiency and support our reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, including checking incoming products to specifications
• Unload and load trucks using a forklift
• Plan and manage driver routes and monitor daily delivery progress
• Ensure warehouse safety, organization, and compliance with company procedures
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed
• Some overtime may be required to meet operational needs
• Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years in a warehouse management or supervisory role (willing to train the right candidate)
• Experience operating a forklift
• Experience driving a non-CDL box truck
• DOT medical card holder
