Union leaders are demanding higher pay and holidays, while VTA officials warn of funding pressures and potential future service cuts, leaving commuters and vulnerable riders anxious about how they’ll get around. 
• Healey appeals Trump's federal aid denial - (mvtimes.com) — West Tisbury spent about $120,000 clearing snow and ice from February’s blizzard, and local taxpayers could be on the hook unless federal aid comes through.
