Quigley, accused of driving drunk and speeding in an unmarked cruiser, has pleaded not guilty to felony motor vehicle homicide while the special prosecutor questions how the initial investigation was handled.
   

• Massachusetts man accused of firing upwards of 60 shots, injuring multiple people, indicted on list of charges (fallriverreporter.com) — A man accused of firing roughly 60 shots and seriously injuring two people on Memorial Drive in Cambridge is set to be arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn on an extensive list of charges. Prosecutors say he allegedly sprayed traffic with an assault-style rifle before being shot and subdued, creating an extraordinarily dangerous situation during a busy afternoon.
