Winners are divided into four size categories: 2,500+ employees, 1,000 to 2,499 employees, 500 to 999 employees and fewer than 499 employees. Within each category, Energage ranks the top 100 employers, with remaining honorees listed alphabetically.
The recognition is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through Energage’s survey, which measures employees' experiences of workplace culture rather than financial performance or management evaluation.
Open Sky Community Services provides behavioral health, developmental disability and community-based support services across Central Massachusetts.
