Worcester Man Charged With Cocaine Trafficking After Drug Search
Vice detectives found cocaine and psychedelic mushrooms in a Chandler Street apartment, police said.

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester police said a drug investigation on Chandler Street led vice detectives to charge one man with cocaine trafficking and take two other people into custody on outstanding warrants.
Vice detectives had search warrants on Tuesday at a Chandler Street apartment and for an Acura sedan after an investigation into the distribution of crack cocaine in the city, according to Worcester police.
Detectives said they saw the target of the warrant, 32-year-old Zachary Bergeron, pull up in front of the address. Police said detectives then stopped Bergeron while other officers entered the apartment.

Inside the apartment, detectives found Susan Bergeron, Kyle Bergeron and Kayla McAuley, police said.
A search of the apartment turned up about 80 grams of cocaine, a large bag of psychedelic mushrooms, digital scales and drug processing materials, according to police. Additional crack cocaine was recovered from Bergeron's vehicle, police said.

Zachary Bergeron was charged with trafficking in cocaine, 36 to 99 grams, according to police. Kyle Bergeron and McAuley were arrested on outstanding warrants. Susan Bergeron will be summoned on various drug charges, police said.
