(capecodtimes.com) — Yarmouth residents can now apply for a new regional affordable housing waitlist that includes local apartments, duplexes, and single-family homes in town. The Cape Cod Ready Renter Program is offering 75 income-restricted units across Yarmouth, Dennis, Barnstable, and Falmouth, with rents from $950 to $2,100. Applications, due by May 29, are available through Yarmouth’s Affordable Housing office, Town Hall, and libraries. 
• Catalano, Wilson and Hall shine at singles in CCA win over JPII (capecodtimes.com) — A recent boys tennis matchup between Cape Cod Academy and St. John Paul II was played at Mid-Cape Athletic Club in South Yarmouth, showcasing strong singles performances by CCA’s Ben Catalano, Garrett Wilson and Connor Hall. Photos highlight local players and coaches competing on the indoor courts, giving Yarmouth residents a look at rising high school tennis talent right in town.
