• A Lenawee County cat rescue is asking for public support as it heads into one of its busiest times of year (wtol.com) — Little Mews Rescue in Adrian says it urgently needs at least $150,000 plus more volunteers and foster homes to care for about 250 cats as kitten season ramps up. Rising medical and supply costs, along with ongoing building renovations, are straining the Lenawee County nonprofit’s ability to keep up with intake and daily care.
