• Grand Blanc Township LDS church begins to rebuild after deadly attack (detroitnews.com) — Fenton residents who belong to the LDS Church are getting a new spiritual home as the Grand Blanc Stake breaks ground on a rebuilt worship center that will serve Fenton, Holly, Swartz Creek and Grand Blanc. One year after a deadly attack destroyed the original building, church leaders describe the new stake center as a key step in long-term healing.
