The piece compares Flint's prices to other Michigan cities and notes that low values reflect older housing stock and varying home conditions rather than a sudden market collapse. 
• Michigan's top Jewish Democrat skips party convention over Israel harassment fears (nypost.com) — Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, shown previously speaking in Flint, skipped this weekend's state Democratic convention, saying she feared harassment over her support for Israel. Party leaders tightened security and warned against disruptive behavior as internal tensions over the Israel–Hamas war and antisemitism concerns continue to roil Michigan Democrats.
