Sergeant Michael Perkins was also elevated to uniform sergeant in Manistique, with both leaders emphasizing support for local troopers and community safety.
   

• 237 Huskies selected for GLIAC Academic Honors (michigantechhuskies.com) — A Michigan Tech football player from Gladstone, Bryant Maki, is among 237 Huskies named to GLIAC All-Academic and Academic Excellence teams for 2025–26. The conference honored student-athletes across football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, track, tennis, and even esports for maintaining GPAs of 3.0 or higher while competing.
