• Hillsdale College Dedicates Cervini Circle (hillsdale.edu) — Hillsdale College has dedicated Cervini Circle, a new outdoor firepit and gathering space between Kendall and Moss halls designed for year-round conversations, events, and even outdoor classes. Funded by a grant from the Atherton family in honor of longtime advancement leader John Cervini, the space adds much-needed gathering room on the front quad during ongoing north quad construction.
   

• Clarks Summit student wins third in American Legion Oratorical Contest (theabingtonjournal.com) — Hillsdale College recently hosted the national American Legion Oratorical Contest, where high school senior Judah Donnelly of Clarks Summit earned third place and a $20,000 scholarship. Fifty-three finalists from across the country came to Hillsdale to deliver speeches on the U.S. Constitution, with top winners receiving substantial scholarship awards.
