Take a day to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Join us for a FREE Mindfulness Meditation Retreat on Saturday, April 18, from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, 10441 Shaver Rd, Portage.
Experience guided practices in mindfulness, gentle yoga, and compassion to support rest, renewal, and emotional balance.
Please bring a bag lunch; coffee and tea will be provided. Bring whatever helps you feel comfortable—yoga mat, cushion, sweater, or water bottle.
