
The Ariel Quartet is a string quartet known for its virtuosic and impassioned performances. It has captivated audiences worldwide for over 25 years. Formed as teenagers, the quartet is now Faculty Quartet-in-Residence at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music, and recent recipient of Chamber Music America’s prestigious Cleveland Quartet Award. They will present a compelling program featuring works by Haydn, Berg, Shaw and Beethoven at 7:30 pm in the Dalton Center’s Recital Hall on WMU’s main campus.
