After winning Carolina League MVP in 2025, he’s off to another scorching start in High-A this spring, putting himself on track for a possible major-league debut as soon as 2027. 
• Macy's Closing Another MI Store: Here's Where (patch.com) — Okemos shoppers may want to keep an eye on their local Macy’s, as the chain is closing 14 more stores nationwide and has already shut several Michigan locations. The Grandville Macy’s near Grand Rapids is the only newly announced Michigan closure so far, and the company says its remaining nine Michigan stores, including Okemos, are still open for now.
