ā¢ Owosso man sentenced to prison was infatuated with mass murders, according to prosecution (midmichigannow.com) ā An Owosso man has been sentenced to seven years in federal prison after authorities say they disrupted his hateāmotivated plans for a potential mass attack, aided by the Owosso Police Department and other agencies. Investigators say he stockpiled weapons, surveilled local targets, and expressed violent hatred toward multiple groups before being stopped, with officials stressing there is no tolerance for targeted hate crimes in the Owosso community.

ā¢ Used Ford Bronco Buyer Sues Over Alleged Odometer Rollback (fordauthority.com) ā A customer who bought a used Ford Bronco from Lunghamer Ford in Owosso is suing the dealership, the vehicleās former lessee, and the lender, claiming the SUVās odometer was rolled back by more than 36,000 miles. Service records allegedly show far higher mileage than what was listed at sale, and the buyerās attorney says they rejected a proposed buyback over concerns about future liability. Ā Ā Ā

The House of Meats 100 at Toledo Speedway has been pushed to August 9, and previously purchased tickets will be honored on that new date. Ā Ā Ā
