• Novi woman brings seniors together to help Detroit Goodfellows (candgnews.com) — Plymouth seniors at Independence Village and volunteers from St. Kenneth Catholic Church are teaming up to sew outfits and dress hundreds of dolls for the Detroit Goodfellows, giving local elders a hands-on way to help children in need. The effort has grown into an annual tradition, and parishioners in Plymouth are now seeking donations of 18-inch doll shoes and accessories to keep it going.
