• Oakland County Man Wins $1M On Scratch-Off Ticket (patch.com) — A 62-year-old Oakland County resident is celebrating a $1 million Ruby 7s scratch-off win from a ticket purchased at the Speedway on South Rochester Road in Rochester. Opting for a lump sum of about $693,000, he plans to start college funds for his kids, buy a house, and enjoy some of the remaining money.
