Multiple court hearings are scheduled this month, and he must follow strict no-contact and compliance conditions while the Apple Valley-related charges and probation allegations move through the courts.

Officials note that neighboring Apple Valley faces a much larger $106 million PFAS bill, underscoring regional concerns about "forever chemicals" in local water sources that also matter to Apple Valley residents.
