• Becker Freedom Days Returns Saturday With a Week of Family Fun (knsiradio.com) — Becker Freedom Days kicks off this Saturday, June 13, launching a full week of runs, library kids’ activities, a cornhole tournament, car show, and downtown fun leading to the big June 20 parade and fireworks. Many events are free, and volunteers can even direct donations to their favorite Becker groups, including a fundraiser for the new Becker Food Shelf building. 
• Becker Marching Band gearing up for summer (patriotnewsmn.com) — Becker’s Marching Bulldogs are kicking off their summer season with a three‑day boot camp and a public preview hosted by the Becker Sons of the American Legion. Residents can catch the band at parades in Becker and nearby towns as they perform music from “The Sound of Music” and “Louie, Louie” throughout the summer.
