ā¢ Public Hearing: Supplemental Missing Middle Housing Ordinance (bloomingtonmn.gov) ā Bloomington residents can weigh in on a major āmissing middleā housing code change at a City Council public hearing on April 27, 2026, at Civic Plaza or online. The proposal would add options like triplexes, fourplexes, cottage courts, and multiplexes to the cityās Opportunity Housing Ordinance and rental licensing standards. You can review materials and submit comments in advance or testify live by phone or in person.
