• Brownton Mayor Rich Pohlmeier inducted into Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame (glencoenews.com) — Brownton mayor and longtime official Rich Pohlmeier, a 1972 Hutchinson High School graduate, has been inducted into the Minnesota Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame as a contributor. His decades of work officiating multiple sports, mentoring new officials, and supporting Minnesota wrestling—especially its growth for girls—earned him the statewide honor. 
• Suzanne Mahon, 60, Obituary – 4/8/2026 (herald-journal.com) — Hutchinson residents are mourning Suzanne Margaret Mahon, 60, who passed away April 8 at her home in Hutchinson after a life rooted in nearby Winsted and Glencoe. Family and friends can gather for her memorial service and visitation Saturday, April 18, at Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted to honor her love of family, faith, and Irish heritage.
