• Inver Grove Heights exempts data center project from city moratorium (hometownsource.com) — Inver Grove Heights residents should know the City Council just voted to exempt a planned 55,000‑square‑foot data center on Carmen Avenue East from the city's new one‑year moratorium on such projects, avoiding a lawsuit that could have cost at least $20 million. The developer will now move forward to a site plan review later this month, while the moratorium still blocks any other new data center proposals.
