• Maple Grove reports no change in public housing units in 2025 (northhennepinnews.com) — Maple Grove still has just 5 public housing units in 2025, unchanged from 2024, plus 437 HUD housing vouchers and 81 project-based assisted units. That puts the city near the bottom statewide for public housing, even as federal programs continue to cap rent at about 30% of income for eligible low‑income households.
