4. NU Diocese celebrates Feast of Corpus Christi (marshallindependent.com) — New Ulm’s Catholic community recently took the Feast of Corpus Christi into the streets, processing from Cathedral of the Holy Trinity through downtown to Church of St. Mary, now a diocesan shrine. Despite heat and a late rainstorm, about 175 parishioners joined the mile-long walk and shared a meal, aiming to publicly share their faith with the wider New Ulm community.
