• Talent lurches to ‘Darkness of the Dead' film auditions in New York Mills (perhamfocus.com) — An independent zombie film, “Darkness of the Dead,” will be filmed this June in Ottertail, Perham, New York Mills, and Wadena, with several local residents landing roles. More than 60 people auditioned at New York Mills High School, and over 20 parts were cast, including Richville and Perham community members excited to bring a horror movie production to Otter Tail County.
