Sheāll pay reduced rent and receive a forgivable loan for equipment and startup costs, aiming to serve 10 children in a space designed specifically for family childcare.

⢠Carnegie Library repair bid higher than expected (pipestonestar.com) ā Pipestoneās City Council has delayed accepting a lone $288,000 bid to repair the historic Carnegie Libraryās east wall because itās higher than expected and leaves a funding gap. Officials are exploring help from the Pipestone Area Community Foundation while also needing to address a long-postponed roof replacement and awaiting word on a separate $500,000 federal funding request.
