• Grade 7 leads reading MCA participation at Plainview-Elgin-Millville Junior for 2024-25 (seminnesotanews.com) — Seventh-graders at Plainview-Elgin-Millville Junior in Plainview led the school in participation on the 2024-25 state reading MCA, with 99 students tested and 56% reaching proficiency. The Minnesota Department of Education data also show eighth-graders close behind at 52% proficiency, as statewide reading scores remain below pre-pandemic levels.
