ā¢ Minnesota Senate bill proposes $20M for Robbinsdale public works facility (northhennepinnews.com) ā Robbinsdale could receive $20 million from a newly proposed Minnesota Senate bonding bill to design and build a new city public works facility, significantly affecting local infrastructure and services. The measure, authored by Sen. Ann Rest, would issue state bonds for the project and take effect the day after itās signed into law, if it passes both chambers and the governorās desk.
