SAINT PAUL, MN — Saint Paul police are asking for the public's help finding a man accused of trying to pull a woman out of her apartment through a window Thursday morning.

Officers were called to the 700 block of Como Avenue at about 9:10 a.m. on Oct. 22 after a report that a man was trying to drag a woman from her apartment through a window, the Saint Paul Police Department said in a public safety alert issued Friday.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Eduart Gomez Ochoa, 27, in connection with the alleged kidnapping and burglary, police said.
