• MN cold case victim identified more than 30 years later in Washington County (fox9.com) — Residents should know that Washington County investigators have finally identified the woman whose remains were found near Bone Lake in Scandia back in 1993, using modern DNA technology and help from the DNA Doe Project. Authorities confirmed the victim as Denise Elaine Sexton Hartley and are still investigating her death, asking anyone with information to contact the sheriff’s office.
