• Dean Slininger (kroxam.com) — Longtime area farmer and truck driver Dean R. Slininger, who raised his family on a farm east of Twin Valley, has passed away at age 80. Services will be held in Ada on April 19–20, with full military honors recognizing his Vietnam-era Army service and his deep ties to local veterans’ groups and the broader community.
