Palace Casino awards more than $44,000 worth of player donations to Center Stage, Back Bay Mission (wlox.com) — Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi has turned players’ spare change into more than $44,000 in support for two local nonprofits. Center Stage Theatre and Back Bay Mission each received sizable donations, helping fund community arts, shelter, and food assistance for Gulf Coast residents. 
2. Bethel Free Health Clinic awarded funding to expand mental health services (wlox.com) — Biloxi residents who rely on free or low-cost care will soon have expanded access to mental health therapy and medications at Bethel Free Health Clinic, thanks to a new $75,000 grant. The funding will help the Biloxi clinic increase free therapy sessions and other services, offered during its Tuesday and Thursday morning hours, to better support community mental health needs.
3. 2026 Mississippi Pinnacle Award Winners Announced at April 14 Gala (hubcityspokes.com) — Biloxi gets a statewide spotlight as the Biloxi Shuckers capture the Overall Mississippi Pinnacle Award, honoring their marketing and community impact. The April 14 gala in Hattiesburg celebrated 40 finalists from across Mississippi and raises money for a student excellence fund supporting future sales and marketing professionals.

Biloxi rapper has ripped judge, prosecutor, media online (sunherald.com) — A Biloxi rapper is now serving prison time after a Mississippi Coast judge revoked her probation and ruled she failed to register multiple social media accounts as required for sex offenders. The case escalated when a Sun Herald story about her critical TikTok rap prompted investigators to review her online presence and led to a new felony conviction and additional fines.
