• Deputies apprehend 13-year-old accused of driving stolen car in northeast KC (kansascity.com) — A late-night police pursuit ended with deputies stopping a stolen car after it headed toward Avondale where a damaged tire helped bring it to a halt. Clay County deputies then arrested two 21-year-olds and detained a 13-year-old accused of driving another stolen vehicle nearby. Court hearings for the adult suspects are already scheduled.
