• Flood Warning issued June 11 at 7:45PM CDT until June 15 at 2:38AM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO (kq2.com) — Residents near the Grand River by Chillicothe should be alert for minor flooding, as the river is forecast to rise above flood stage just after midnight and crest early Saturday before dropping below flood stage Sunday. Low-lying woodlands and farmland are most at risk, and officials urge drivers not to cross barricades or attempt to drive through flooded roads.
