Construction is led by KAI Build with major financing from Octagon Finance, and a public groundbreaking is set for Tuesday, Oct. 6, marking a significant new residential addition to Clayton's core.

• Plan calls for placing employees in other County sites (flovalleynews.com) — St. Louis County is halting new office leases and instead planning to relocate employees now working in Clayton's Roos Administration Building into existing county facilities before a December 31, 2027 fire-code deadline.
