The policy aligns with other St. Louis-area districts tightening rules, while nearby Brentwood also restricts e-bike and scooter use on city streets, especially for unlicensed juvenile riders. 
• NCAA loses bid to block Missouri football player from competing (statenews.net) — A St. Louis County judge in Clayton has temporarily cleared Missouri Tigers defensive lineman Sterling Webb to keep playing while he challenges a new NCAA eligibility rule. The order bars the university from sidelining him, even as similar lawsuits and NCAA-backed arguments unfold nationwide at the start of football season.
