• Lawsuit challenging WashU police 'wanteds' suffers big setback (stlmag.com) — A federal judge has dismissed most claims in a lawsuit over police "wanteds," including the entire case against an Eureka police officer after a protester was briefly detained here. Washington University and a campus detective still face false arrest and Fourth Amendment claims, and St. Louis County must still defend its broader use of "wanteds," which critics argue disproportionately harms vulnerable communities.
