• Excelsior Springs advances multi-phase street improvements (excelsiorspringsstandard.com) — Excelsior Springs is moving ahead with more than $1 million in street upgrades this year, following recent approval from the City Council. A three-phase streetscape program will use different treatments, from ultrathin asphalt to full curb and pavement rehab, tailored to specific neighborhood streets across town.
