• Hemp THC businesses brace for ban in November, drinks get one month of relief (newsfromthestates.com) — A new Missouri law taking effect Nov. 12 will reclassify intoxicating hemp products as marijuana, limiting sales to licensed dispensaries and ending online purchases, and it's being led by O'Fallon Republican Rep. Dave Hinman. Local patients and businesses may lose access to popular low‑dose THC and full‑spectrum products, while doctors and industry experts warn of confusion and reduced options for pain relief.
