The child was unharmed and returned to his father, while the suspects now face extradition and potential additional fugitive charges under Missouri law.
   

• Pettis County warrants issued for Sedalia man on stealing and forgery charges (kmzu.com) — Sedalia readers should know that local police investigations have led to multiple felony charges against a Sedalia man in connection with alleged thefts of firearms, tools, and business checks in Pettis County and nearby Cole Camp. Authorities say the incidents, investigated last March and October, resulted in warrants for several stealing, burglary, and accessory-to-forgery counts.
