Kehoe and Sedalia officials announce improvements to Clarendon Road (komu.com) — State and Sedalia officials have announced a major improvement project for Clarendon Road along the west side of the Missouri State Fairgrounds, backed by $21 million in state funding. The upgrades aim to boost safety, support fairgrounds expansion, and drive year‑round economic activity for Sedalia, especially with the new Michael L. Parson Arena opening in August.

NOTICE OFPUBLIC HEARING Whereas, the City Planning & Zoning Commission and the City of Sedalia, Missouri have received application from Theron Broadfoot on behalf of Next Home Properties, LLC, owner o (sedaliademocrat.com) — Sedalia’s Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing July 1 on a requested final plat approval for property at 2600 E. 12th Street.
