• USGS Reports Trio of Earthquakes in Southern Missouri (khmoradio.com) — Minor earthquakes were recorded within the last day near Steele and Matthews, Missouri, as well as Ridgely, Tennessee, with magnitudes only in the 1–2 range and barely noticeable. Still, the cluster highlights our area’s unpredictable New Madrid Seismic Zone and serves as a reminder to keep an emergency plan ready in case a stronger quake ever hits.
