- Major story in Manchester evolving. Very few people know about it as the city has been quiet. Manchester Planning & Zoning quietly voted for Suntrup BMW to build an automobile repair facility in the Henry Avenue National Historic District.
- Suntrup BMW to attach the building to the old Manchester Schoolhouse which was built in 1907 and it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
