• Wellston Industrial Park to Transition to Manufacturing, Logistics Business Park (stlpartnership.com) — A major redevelopment is coming to Wellston Industrial Park, where a private investor plans to turn 28 acres on Ogden Avenue into a $40 million manufacturing and logistics business park. City and county leaders say the project, part of the Empower Wellston plan, could bring at least 50 new jobs and help rebuild the tax base, housing, and neighborhood infrastructure over the next few years.
