• Lanes Shift of Interstate 70 Between Foristell Weigh Station and Wentzville Pkwy Beginning Oct 1 (boonecountryconnection.com) — Expect significant overnight lane shifts on I-70 near Wentzville starting tonight, including new traffic patterns between the Foristell weigh station and Wentzville Parkway and a 30‑day closure of David Hoekel Parkway westbound ramps beginning October 6. Two lanes will remain open during peak times, but nightly lane closures and a 55 mph work-zone speed limit will continue through 2026. 
• REMINDER: Long-Term Full Road Closure Scheduled on Missouri Route 47 near Hawk Point (einpresswire.com) — Drivers from Wentzville heading toward Hawk Point or Troy will soon see big detours as Missouri Route 47 closes between Farm Lane and Fred Norton Road for up to two months starting the week of October 5. Detour routes will send traffic through Wentzville via I‑70 and U.S. 61, so plan extra time and check MoDOT's map before traveling.
