Billings students kick off new school year with big dreams (ktvq.com) — Billings kids returned to school this week walking a red carpet at Beartooth Elementary and sharing big dreams for their futures. Local role models from MSU Billings, Rocky Mountain College, Billings Clinic, and area veterinarians offered encouragement, showing students how their ambitions—from piloting planes to rescuing pets—can grow into real careers right here in the community.
   

5. Launch of Data Center Advocacy Campaign (ucc.org) — Billings residents recently helped launch a potential local chapter of Climate Hope Affiliates after a video screening at the public library drew 19 new volunteers. The group's national campaign focuses on the environmental and justice impacts of large data centers, and organizers invite people here to host similar screenings and postcard-writing events to influence federal policy.
