• Reese Riggins Arrested On New Charges Involving Sixth-Grade Girls (945maxcountry.com) — A Great Falls man previously convicted of a sex offense now faces new charges alleging inappropriate contact with sixth-grade girls connected to a local school event. He was arrested in Spokane on a Cascade County warrant, and authorities have imposed strict conditions limiting his contact with minors and school property. • Draft Environmental Assessment Westslope Cutthroat Trout Restoration in Harley Creek FWP-SEA-FSH-R4-26-001 (mt.gov) — State wildlife officials are taking public comments on a plan to protect native westslope cutthroat trout in Harley Creek, and those comments go straight to the FWP office on Giant Springs Road in Great Falls. The 30‑day comment window runs through July 22, giving local residents time to weigh in on the proposed fish barrier and nonnative fish removal aimed at strengthening the Belt Creek drainage fishery.
